About us

We are student's organization which aims are:

• To broaden, promote and popularize knowledge of local development and government.
• To initiate researches into forming spatial structure of social-economic development of municipalities, districts and regions taking into consideration spatial politics of the state.

SASM achieve aims of:

• Organizing conferences , workshops, lectures and debates with participation of experts in the field of spatial planning and management, local government, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), real property management etc;
• Cooperating with authorities, institutions and organizations that are interested in our activity, especially with local government units;
• Researching into spatial management on our own initiative and also for needs of local governments and other;
• Developing knowledge and skills of building and using GIS;
• Preparing publications, papers, speeches etc.
• Popularizing of knowledge of spatial planning and management in European Union by organizing lectures and meetings with experts in that field.
